If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply send back your unused items complete with original box and/or packaging/attached tags intact along with a completed return form within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the items.
Outlet (clearance) items, swimwear, underwear, climbing gear, Thule, Yakima and watercrafts are final sale and NOT RETURNABLE.

Use a shipping option that provides tracking and insurance on the delivery. Backcountry North does not provide return shipping labels.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange is to immediately place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for. Send the incorrect item back, and we will refund your original form of payment upon receipt of your return.
We can also take care of the exchange without the extra order by shipping your exchange item once your returned item arrives back to us. We will fill the exchange order as inventory permits at that time, and will contact you should we be out of stock on the item you requested.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please email us to start the process and receive a Return Authorization number (RA). Backcountry North requires an RA# to be issued and noted on the outside of the package for all inbound return shipments.
