Yes, please feel free to return your unused items to either our Downtown or US-31 locations. We will be able to generate your RA in store for exchange with items in stock there, or refund to to your original form of payment.
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise, online or in store.
No, given the personal nature and/or safety of these types of products, we can not accept returns. These products are still covered under manufacturer’s warranty policy if a defect is present.

Please send back your unused gift items along with the included gift receipt within 30 days of the initial purchase by following the return instructions above. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a store credit issued under you name for the current selling price of the items. There is no expiration date for store credit.
