Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply send back your unused items complete with original box and/or packaging, along with attached tags within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the items.

Outlet (clearance) items, swimwear, underwear, climbing gear, Thule, Yakima and watercrafts are final sale and NOT RETURNABLE.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange is to immediately place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for. Send the original item back, and we will refund your original form of payment upon receipt of your return.

We can also take care of the exchange without the extra order by shipping your exchange item once your returned item arrives back to us. We will fill the exchange order as inventory permits at that time, and will contact you should we be out of stock on the item you requested. Backcountry North will ship the replacement free of charge.
