The BIRKENSTOCK Tatacoa – designed to bring Birkenstock comfort and support to your favorite trail and water based activities. These off-road ready sandals feature a direct attach PU footbed, a rugged PU/TPU outsole for added traction and sturdy hook and loop closures for a secure fit. The upper is made from the skin-friendly, hard-wearing synthetic material Birko-Flor®.

Sizing and Care

Size Chart: Eurpoean/American (42/9-9.5), (43/10-10.5), (44/11-11.5), (45/12-12.5), and (46/13-13.5)

Birkenstock is only sold in whole sizes with a range of a half size

Before trying them on, put one hand under the toe and one under the heel, then flex the footbed a few times. This will initiate the break in period and will your help your new sandals feel comfy sooner

For the first five or six times you wear your new footwear, limit the time to just a few hours. This allows your feet and body to gradually get used to the contoured arch support as well as the straps and buckles

Keep Birkenstock footwear away from campfires, fireplaces, indoor radiators, and direct sunlight exposure or stored in vehicles for several hours

Most styles should not be immersed in water If your shoes become wet, allow them to air dry slowly, away from direct heat

If the cork looks like it’s drying out, apply a thin coat of Birkenstock Cork Sealer (Sold in Store) to protect the cork from the elements

To keep your footwear fresh, spray the entire footbed with Birkenstock Cleaner & Refresher (Sold in Store) and wipe away excess moisture and dirt with a cloth. Brush suede and nubuck footbeds with a Nubuck/Suede brush to restore the nap

Apply Birkenstock Water & Stain Repellent (Sold in Store) regularly to protect upper Leather, Suede and Nubuck from water and dirt. Brush uppers with a Nubuck/Suede brush to pull up dirt and dust and restore the nap
