The Gro knife is created to make you grow with nature. A classic Scandinavian style knife shaped with as an invitation to the outdoors. Something we believe will make anyone grow.

The Gro knife is a medium size tool with the intention to fill the gap between the Spire and the rest of the Helle line of tools. The birch wood handle has been shaped and sanded by craftsmen and women to its final shape and dyed dark.

The shape is intended to offer a secure grip, without limiting the user but rather allowing him or her to develop carving techniques and grow as a knife user.

The blade is a classic scandi grind made of 12C27 steel – Helle sharp right out of the box.

Helle Speider is a great starting knife for those who want a solid knife with good protection.

Speider was originally designed for older scouts who had enough experience to move on to a larger and more powerful knife. The handle in dark, oiled birch is ergonomically adapted to a good four-finger grip, and the solid fingerguard provides good protection when working with the knife. The blade is in 12C27 stainless steel with a thin, Scandinavian grind and comes razor sharp out of the sheath.

Scout is delivered with a scout green sheath in leather with push button and belt suspension.

The Viking is the revision of a Helle classic that was originally produced as a part of a fund-raiser for an around-the-world expedition in a Viking longship.

The handle is barrel shaped, but tapered to give the knife a distinct grip even if it is not contoured. It offers beauty in its simplicity and has become a modern classic, even if the design is more than a 1000 years old.

The knife works really well with all size hands, but should only be used by those of you that have more experience. No finger guard here, so think before use.

The knife is equipped with a rather thick blade, made of laminated carbon steel. Black to its finish, straight from heat treatment. Its narrow tang reaches all the way through the handle and is pinned old style with a diamond shaped washer.

Viking comes with a traditional back sewn leather sheath to hang in its leather loop on the belt.

This knife will rust if not maintained.

Helle's most light weight knife is made with a barren shaped cork handle. The cork handle makes it warm to hold with your bare hands even in really cold weather. The knife even floats if you should drop it in the water (not recommended). The Hellefisk only weighs in at 64 gram making this a knife you can pack on any trip. Cork handle and a 12C27 Sandvik steel blade sharpened to the Helle sharpness right out of the box.

The Helle Jegermester name brings many to think of this knife as a hunter’s knife. It is and at the same time it is much more than that. This is a big and well-proportioned outdoor knife well suited for any task. The well-proportioned handle and fairly big blade make this a great knife around camp. A go to for many tasks form making feather sticks, making tent pegs, preparing food or during the big hunt. The size makes this knife more suitable for medium to big hands. The handle is hand sanded to a satin finish with a shape that offers a safe grip with its countered handle. The scandi grind Sandvik 12C27 steel blade is hand sharpened to a hair popping sharp edge right out of the box.
